Astonishing background of the youths who became BAPS Sadhus (monks) to serve the Society.

A grand 98th Birth Day Celebration of the Brahma Swarup Shri Pramukh Swami Maharaj is scheduled to be held at Rajkot from Dec 5th to Dec 15th, 2018.

Here follows the list of young BAPS Sadhus(monks), engaged in dedicated volunteering service to make this function a grand once in the lifetime event for the hundreds of thousands of devotees from all over the world joining in this celebrations.

1) Pujya Puranjan Bhagat - IT engineer + MBA from Dallas/USA renounced worldly affairs and join Swami's saffron clad team of Sadhus. 

2) Pujya Aniket Muni Swami - Electrical Engineer left the highly paid job at INTEL to join Swami's saffron clad team of Sadhus.                                                                             

3) Pujya Param Vivek Swami - Hold's degree in Management from the Harvard University of America now left the worldly affairs became Sadhu and volunteer of the BAPS Computer team at Rajkot. 

4) Pujya Divyaniket Swami - Left the job of Airline Pilot based in Canada, became Sadhu now volunteering at Rajkot  

5) Pujya Vednayan Swami - is MBBS doctor but now renounce the worldly affairs and assigned the volunteering duty in Medical Assistance Section at Rajkot 

6) Pujya Saralchit Swami - has qualified as Dentist but now left the worldly affairs and assigned the volunteering duty in Medical Section at Rajkot                                         

7) Pujya Vatsal Murti Swami - hails from New York (all his family members are doctors) has renounced the worldly affairs and currently volunteering at Rajkot 

8) Pujya Shushilmuni Swami - from Atlanta/USA left the highly paid job, let go admission to higher education at the US medical college and now part of the Swamishri's saffron clad brigade of Sadhus(monks)  

9) Pujya Paramshlok Swami - was selected for the trial match of Ranjit Trophy Cricket team. Let go that offer and became Sadhu. 

10) Pujya Nilkanth Swami - at age eleven he played the role of "Nilkanthvarni" in the movie Mystic India He is graduate from the Oxford University of London. 

11) Pujya Balmukund Swami - holds a US degree in Civil Engineering but now part of the Swamishri's team of saffron-clad Sadhus(monk), volunteers at Rajkot  

12) Pujya Gunchintan Swami - a qualified Electrical Engineer, left the highly paid job in the USA and became Sadhu, currently volunteering at Rajkot 

13) Pujya Vangun Swami - a student of the London School of Economics renounced from the worldly affairs and now BAPS Sadhu volunteers at Rajkot.

Besides, 750 people from Bombay have left their routine job/business/professional activities and already reached the Rajkot to serve as volunteers at the venue of the function to be held.
